The Blue Ostrich Guesthouse is a 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom house with a large kitchen, great room and eating area. It can sleep 8 people comfortably.  There are front and back decks with beautiful views of the Red River Valley. 

 

Rental Rates: $275 per night up to 4 adults.  Two night minimum.

 

Additional Information:

• $25 per night per additional person up to 8 people total.

• $75 Housekeeping fee

• Applicable state and local sales tax will be added to your final bill

• $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve. Balance must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to arrival.

• Must be at least 25 years of age to reserve the guest house. The Blue Ostrich Guesthouse is designed for the enjoyment of mature adults.  We will not accept guests under the age of 21 without specific advance approval from management.

• Non-smoking facility. 

• No pets.

• One individual must make booking and deposit for the entire stay.  Blue Ostrich will not bill guests separately.
